This would be a female of the species Homo neanderthalensis which roamed Europe and western Asia between 430,000 and 40,000 years ago. I did this as a companion piece to my earlier depiction of a male Neanderthal (here). The blond hair is speculative, but any form of light pigmentation in either hair or skin makes sense to me for a hominin species adapted to the northern European environment.

Am sorry but this design is both innacurate and heavily anthropomorphised, here is why:
1)Neanderthals posses a very muscular body and limbs. Yet the one you drew has slim limbs with little muscle mass.
2)Neanderthals had short legs and arms. While your female neander has short arms its legs seem too long.
3)Neanderthals posses a robust barrel-shaped body. Yet the one you drew has a smaller and slimer body.
4)Neanderthals posses broad shoulders yet this one’s shoulders are not very broad.
5)Neanderthals posses large, round and chubby nose. Yet this ones nose is too small.
6)The nose and the mouth should have a little larger gap.
7)The mouth should be larger.
Am giving you this criticism because with those I hope you can make more accurate and better artworks. This one is just too anthropomorphic am afraid.
Though seriously why are its limbs so thin. Neanderthals where stated to be robust and highly muscular.
