We will start with the Parasaurolophus, the cheapest dinosaur to hunt in the first two Carnivores games. This was portrayed as a peaceful, yet skittish and sensitive herbivore which would always flee from the player rather than fighting back. Hard to say how probable such a timid personality would be for hadrosaurs in real life (even deer can turn aggressive under the right circumstances), but it made the Parasaurolophus an ideal dinosaur to pursue for beginning hunters in the games.
